Name: Jeff Schnitter
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Background: Architect
Role: Wealth Keynote SpeakeR

Anything that is solid always has a strong foundation. Jeff’s foundation has been built over years of investing in real estate. He studied and graduated with a degree in architecture. When he entered the workforce as an architect he realized something was drastically wrong. The glorious job he had hoped for was nothing it had been portrayed to be. He soon left the field of architecture and began investing in residential real estate deals. After making some critical mistakes in his first deals due to a lack of knowledge he began studying investing. He soon realized that the answers of how to do a deal could not be found in a book. As an architect Jeff had been professionally trained to take a series of parts and assemble them into a system which would become a building. He used this same approach when it came to investing. After several years Jeff had developed a complete system through actually doing real deals. A fellow investor asked Jeff to teach him his system for doing foreclosure deals and the rest is history. A blueprint for financial success had been built and proven to work. Over the past decade Jeff has trained tens of thousands of students across the nation and abroad using a dynamic form of investing. Jeff’s system teaches the investor while they are actually doing deals. Most programs involve a lot of learning and very little execution. Jeff’s philosophy is all about getting the deal done.

Mission Statement: We at Motova8 view our corporate mission as an extension of our individual professional-life goal: To provide training and education that exceed expectations using the most effective tools and techniques available while maintaining the highest level of humanity and integrity.
