DI Kevin Rankin was born and raised in Jeffersonville, Ind.; he enlisted in the Marine Corps at the age of 17. DI Rankin spent eight years on active duty, two years in the Marine Corps Reserves. He is currently a Sergeant and leads the Motor Transport Mechanics based out of the Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California. During his career, DI Rankin spent 3 months in Somalia for Operation Restore Hope and 6 months in Iraq for Operation Iraqi Freedom. Return to the Team!
